○ These commission slots are for personal use only.○ I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.○ If you have to send NSFW references please add a disclaimer specifying it to your order.○ You are responsible for the reference you provide. I reserve the right to take creative liberties if you do not send enough references and cannot answer questions I have about the commissions.○ For both of us to be satisfied with the commission, please provide as many ideas and details as you can.○ You are only allowed a refund before the first WIP I send is approved, no refunds will be given after that point. If the order is a YCH (Your Character Here), no refunds will be given.○ If a commission cannot be completed for any reason, commissioners will be refunded in full.○ I can only refund the paid price minus the PayPal transaction fees. Please keep that in mind before commissioning me.○ I will send you images of my progress to make sure the piece is going in the right direction (usually 1 WIP for YCHs and 2 to 3 for other commissions). It is your responsibility to check for any things I may have missed. Please make sure you are 100% happy with the WIPs I send.○ You're very encouraged to request edits during the sketching and lining phase. Minor edits can be made later on within reason.○ If by any chance I miss details you had already specified, you won't be charged.

○ Major fixes (e.g completely different pose, composition, more accessories… etc.) will result in an additional fee.○ I retain all ownership and rights over the commissioned artwork and reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, record speedpaints of it or add it to my portfolio.○ If you would like your commission to be private and not posted anywhere please mention it in your order.○ If you plan on using the commissioned artwork as a profile picture or banner, or posting it online in general, be sure to credit me./!\ You are no longer allowed to post your commissions done by me on Twitter/X. If you truly need to post them please ask me for a glazed and watermarked version of it.○ The commissioner cannot sell or redistribute the commissioned artwork.○ The commissioner cannot mint the commissioned artwork as NFT, cryptocurrency, blockchain related technology, use it in A.I. training, or any future inventions of that sort.○ I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the commissioner breaks any of the terms.○ The turn-up time usually goes from a few days to a month to complete, depending on the commission complexity, health issues and others. I will keep you updated about any delay.○ Please do not ask me repeatedly about your commission on the same day. I try to share WIPs as soon as I can but I can only work at my own pace, I am not a machine.○ Important addition: do not mention or share my deadname/legal name and please respect my privacy.
